Where can I use this floor coating?

This floor coating can be used across many different surface types including, metal, wood and concrete. This makes the coating perfect for any outdoor environment that has high traffic and requires improved safety and anti-slip. Locations where it is best suited, includes warehouses, change rooms, schools and nursing homes. It is important that the surface is primed before usage to ensure maximum performance and longevity.

What are the benefits of anti-slip floor coating?

Anti-slip floor coating is a cost effective way to prevent slips and accidents without having to replace the whole flooring. Additional benefits of floor coating include:

• Easy installation - Can be easily applied with a roller or trowel
• Durable - Resistant to chemicals, petrol and oil
• Available in multiple colours - Light grey, Dark grey and Yellow
• Quick Drying - Can be walked on after approx 12 hours

How long does the coating take to dry?

On average, the coating should be dry and able to be walked on after 12 hours at 20°C. Higher, lower or humid temperatures may impact drying time. Outdoor applications need to be protected from rain or harsh weather conditions for 12-24 hours. For 5-7 days the coating should not be exposed to water, oil or chemicals to ensure best performance in the future.

Can I use this product indoors?

The pedestrian anti-slip floor coating can be used either outdoors or indoors. It is important to ensure that PPE is used during application. If used indoors it is best to have good ventilation to allow the coating to dry correctly.

How do I correctly apply the coating?

To ensure the anti-slip coating is applied correctly it is important to identify the surface type it will be placed on. It is crucial for best effectiveness that the surface is primed before use to ensure best performance and longevity. How do I dispose of unused anti-slip coating?

Please see the Safety Data sheet below for more information regarding disposal. For the safest method it is recommended that the manufacturer's suggestions are followed correctly. Empty containers should be decontaminated after contents are disposed of.
